Ask a Butcher, Saw a pic of your Stuffed breasticles on the Primo forum. They look great! Do you have a recipe for those that you can share? Thanks, THERK

Ask a Butcher, Saw a pic of your Stuffed breasticles on the Primo forum. They look great! Do you have a recipe for those that you can share? Thanks, THERK The one you were looking at had chopped canadian bacon, chopped swiss cheese and some fresh rosemary. Flatten out the boneless breasts, season with salt & pepper, spread some of the filling on the meat and roll the breast up. Secure with some toothpicks. Wrap (optional) with some partially cooked bacon (just enough to get some of the fat out). Cook indirect at 350° for about 30-45 minutes, til done. Here is some Chicken Cordon Bleu askabutcher.proboards42.com/index.cgi?board=bbq&action=display&thread=429
