Did some Pork Steaks with Mary's Cherry and the chix breasts were evoo'ed, garlic and some Fox Point seasoning from Penzey's (salt, shallots, chives, garlic, onion and green pepercorns),w/ a light dusting of corn starch. Started the breasts on the bottom with pork fat dripping on them. Once the chixen stopped dripping raw juice, I rotated with the pork. Cooked indirect at 350° for approx 50 min. The stuffed shrooms were added the last 20 minutes. MMMmmm......pork, chicky, shrooms, sauteed yellow and green squash, mashed red taters made with Smart Balance margarine & sour cream. Not bad
