* Plain Old Burgers Well, nothing really plain about these at all. The meat is from the Sirloin Tip I ground up a few weeks ago. OK, here's the Wolfe Rub POB's after 5 minutes @ 450° After 3 more minutes I added some Provolone to these 8 oz beauties Ahhh...poifect Burgers and tater salad.
