Hey Steve, Just got back from Fresh Market. Bought some Chicken kabobs and Sirloin Kabobs. My question. They are already put together. IE. Sirloin,Onion, Pepper,Sirloin,Onion etc, Also Chicken kabobs to match How should I cook them? Meat and Veggies done together. My thoughts. Strip of foil on the veggies' Cook the meat until about four minutes until done. Then remove foil. Finish and eat! Fresh bottle of Cabo Wabo to celebrate the Fourth included. Oh yea, one chunk of Oak for Smoke. Steve

Your way sounds fine or just cook the meat and vegetables separately off the stick. Enjoy that bottle of Cabo and don't forget the lime
