Pineapple and Bourbon Glaze
½ c pineapple juice ½ c bourbon ¼ c molasses 1/3 c honey 1/8 tsp ground mustard 1/8 c brown sugar
All amounts are approximate. Mix thoroughly in a small sauce pan, cook on low, stirring occasionally, until the mixture has reduced and thickened slightly. Great as a glaze for ham and a marinade for canned pineapple and cherries
