A nice 2" thick USDA Choice Angus NY Strip from Winn-Dixie. No seasonings and in the Sous Vide Supreme Demi at 130° for 2-3 hours Out of the bath and dried off. Going to toss it in a heated cast iron skillet to give it some color Well, dinner was going to be steak, sweet potatoes and green beans. However, started watching the news about the school shooting in Florida and we lost our appetite Served the steak with some Himalaya pink salt and grains of paradise at the table along with the fried green beans. Neither of us could eat, so will warm it back up in the next couple of days
