I had a couple of nice thick boneless pork chops that I rubbed with a BBQ rub and garlic powder. Into the water bath at 137° for four hours. It was going to be only three, but I took an hour nap After the swim......... Put them under the broiler for a couple of minutes to get some color Served potato and shellie beans I had to add some salt at the table, but these were nice and tender. I cut them with a butter knife
