I bought a couple of prime "Tomahawk" or "Cowboy" ribeyes from Costco. I usually can't find stuff like this unless I'm in Whole Foods. These steaks were far superior to anything I have ever gotten at Whole Foods. WF is mighty proud of their meats but I think I'll stick with Costco. No contest here and probably no surprise to anybody either. Look at these bad boys catching some smoke during the warming phase of a reverse sear. Nutin but EVOO, salt and cracked black pepper. Searing on my pre-heated cast iron griddle because cast iron Ready for plating
