The top 'steak' was grilled with just Kosher salt and black pepper. The bottom 'steak' was cooked naked and then hit with some pink Himalayan salt while it was resting. Both had great flavor and tenderness, but the one with the pink salt was out of this world!

I was surprised how great the Aussie Ribeyes were from W/D. They taste very beefy and chewed easily great flavor . USA beef always seems hard to get chewed up to swallow and needing a lot of seasoning to the point I rarely bought a steak and the price was crazy high but the Aussie stakes are a steal at $8 a pound.

Australian "Grass Fed" 85/15 ground beef tonight
