I start with the basic Beer Bread recipe that is one of the best I've ever had and made Beer Bread Recipe from Food.com The RecipeAnd then I "tweaked" it with 1 clove garlic finely minced, ¼ cup Parmesan cheese and a pinch of Mrs. Dash Italian Medley. I sauteed the garlic in ¼ cup of the butter and added it to the dry ingredients the same time as the beer. OPTIONAL: Another ¼ cup of butter went over the top of the batter before putting it in the oven.

exactly what I would have done! have a few awards for baking..and cooking in general
