A two pound Top Round London Broil (1¼") seasoned with Dale's Sauce, Kosher Salt, granulated garlic and black pepper. After 10 hours at 140°* in the Demi SV machine. Dried off and time for a trip under the broiler After about 4 min (maybe I won't 'dry' the meat next time) Sliced........ And served with herbed green beans, sweet potato gratin, cranberry sauce and au jus from the cooking pouch I am NOT a fan of London Broil, never have been and probably only have cooked 3-4 my whole life, HOWEVER this was the BEST I'd ever cooked, hands down! *Next time I'll go back to the 138° water bath temp, it was just a tad over done for my liking (wife liked it though!)

Basically a repeat of the above........ London broil seasoned with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic and a sprig of thyme. Ten hours at 140° Gave it a quick sear in a cast iron pan and served with mashed potatoes, green beans, mushrooms and au jus
