I very rarely buy pre-packaged lunch meat at the grocery store, as I prefer my own (turkey, ham, chicken, roast beef), maybe on occasion will get some Liverwurst or bologna from the Deli.
Any way, saw the advertisements on TV about the OM "Carving Board" meats, so I bought one of each
Ham = just OK
Turkey = ditto
Roast beef = disgusting! Slices were 3/8 to 1/4 inch thick!!!
Tougher than a shoe 
I don't think OM will be making any friends with this product line
