Hmmmmm......best as I can recall, most every one I know does not like MSG. However..............

Manufacturers rarely refer to it as MSG. So check food labels for its sneaky pseudonyms: hydrolyzed vegetable protein, autolyzed yeast, sodium caseinate, yeast extract, hydrolyzed oat flour, texturized protein, and calcium caseinate. Or simply purchase packaged foods that say "MSG-free."
