Steve- Greetings from the Left Coast! Let me start off by saying thank you for sharing your meat cutting wisdom on this board, maintaining it and replying to others. I found your board by accident months ago when looking up what pork cushion meat was. Since then, I've been 'trolling' through your site and have made myself look like a 'pro'  in front of people when I cut up whole chicken and other cuts of large meat whilst they watch ;D. I'm the proud new owner of a BGEXL...only because finding a Primo in CA or having one shipped here was going to cost an arm and a leg! Anyway, I look fwd to dropping by this board more often to have a peak at the yummy meat pics and up my 'butcher' knowledge. I'll be sure to take a pic of some of my cooks. Thanks again! Dale
