I chopped up some prosciutto and pepperoni, mixed in some cream cheese, pecarino romano, and some Penzey's Pizza seasoning. Cleaned the gills out of a couple of portabello 'shrooms and stuffed them with the mixture. Threw on the grill indirect for 20 minutes and then topped with some provolone and fines herbes. Cooked about five more minutes.
