Found a couple of turkey drumstix at the store today that whispered my name as I walked by Coated with evoo and then some garlic and Badia 'Complete', both on and under the skin. Then they sat nekkid in the fridge for about five hours. Lit Junior, threw in a chunk of apple wood, and immediately placed the drumstix indirect. Slowly let it come up to 325° and let the meat cook for 1¼ hours, until the internal temp reached 185°.
