A plain and simple meal to fit in with a plain and simple guy A nice 1½" Porterhouse seasoned with my steak rub askabutcher.proboards42.com/index.cgi?board=rub&action=display&thread=1119908726 and a big 'ol Beefsteak tomato, cut in half with seasonings, balsamic vinegar and Mexi-4-cheese on the top. Tomatoes are done and now time for the Romaine lettuce to go on. Lettuce was drizzled with evoo, kosher salt, pepper and garlic. A bottle of red Rioja complimented this simple repast
