This casserole was off the cuff and can be altered to suit your tastes. I started with a three diced baked taters, some chopped up left over Delmonico Steak and breakfast sausage links, chopped broccoli, chopped onions, some chunked left over crab stuffed portabello's, a half a dozen eggs scrambled, hot sauce and various spices that were in reach. This was topped with some Canadian Bacon. I cooked on the Large for one hour at 350° (I would do 45 min next time) and added some Provolone Cheese about 45 min into the cook and sprinkled some Dizzy Pig Dizzy Dust over the top. This was served with fruit and toast. Yes, this was tasty. The only alteration I would do at this point is to mix in some shredded Cheddar at the beginning.
