Not really a Brunswick Stew ( ), but close....and tasty 1 onion chopped 3 ribs of celery chopped, instead of okra 1/3 lb bacon, chopped 1 qt + chicken broth left over Country Style Ribs, chopped left over Ball Tip Sirloin roast, chopped 1 can diced tomatoes 4-5 shakes Worcestershire sauce ½ cup BBQ sauce 1 can Southern Style Butter Beans 1 can diced potatoes Saute the first three ingredients in a little chicken broth until onions/celery is tender and bacon is done. Add the rest of the ingredients, simmer for 3-4 hours.
