Here are some Boneless Rib End Country Style Rib of Pork that I cut. Seasoned with Mr. Yoshida's, granulated garlic, ground black pepper and some ground ginger. Grilled on the Primo Large at 450° for approx six-seven minutes a side. Used one hunk of hickory with some Cowboy Lump. Ahh......Seasoned Potatoes, Steamed Broccoli and Pork Sticky Fingers Mustard BBQ Sauce on the side. Keeper
