You can buy it at the bakery in most Publix supermarkets. $1.65 for around a 16-18 oz ball of dough. Makes two thin crust or one deep dish. After I got done with the POB's today I closed the top and bottom vent until they were just open a crack. Five hours later I put the pizza stone in the Round at 250° and within 10 minutes the temp was a nice 400° Used Publix pizza dough, sauce, chopped Tri-Tip, pepperoni, Mexi-cheese and some parmesan. 20 minutes and we are done!!! This was mighty tasty, but a tad over cooked for me (don't like x-crispy crust), so will cut the time down a couple minutes next time.
