Okay here's a knockoff experiment of the Shepard's Pie..... Chopped up boneless Country Style Ribs* with a 50/50 mix of gravy and bbq sauce Now a little shredded Italian Cheese added How about some peas and then some mushrooms? Time for the Taco Cheese! Mashed tater, a sprinkling of the Taco Cheese and some smoked paprika About an hour and a half at 250°, indirect, and we are done Upside down? Right side up? Who cares, this is a keeper! The next time I do it (and I will!), it will be a Breakfast Casserole. Left over meats, gravy, bbq sauce, cheese, mushrooms ONLY, more cheese, now some Hash Browns w/about six indents, bacon crumbles. When it's almost done, add an egg to each indent. Finish cooking and add cheese if desired. * use whatever meats and sauces you want
