Dusted some Beef Ribs with lemon juice, garlic and DP Red Eye Express. Half Pork Picnic has garlic and Bonesuckers Rib Rub. These have been on for 2 hours and decided I needed a Hoffman Hot Dog fix They chugged along at approx 275° for three hours and then I foiled the beef ribs for an hour. Then I basted them with a mix of cheap commercial bbq sauce, catsup and bourbon. I used a mix of hickory and cherry for wood flavor. Only lef the ribs in for about 15-20 minutes after basting... Dayum...not much meat on these suckers, but they sho is sweet Pork will be on for about another hour.
