Time to do some cooking...nothing fancy, no pretty pics, just some dam good eatin Meatloaf right off the bat. Two lbs home ground Beef Chuck Shoulder on the left, one lb store Ground Chuck on the right. Simple recipe for simple people that like nothing out of the ordinary ......Half an onion diced, a couple of eggs, some bread crumbs and a few select spices. Pasta Casserole was Barilla PLUS Rotini and a sauce made out of everything except the sink Some leftover commercial Barilla Sauce, plus one new jar, mushrooms, fresh basil, diced maters, tomato sauce and paste, olive oil, fresh diced garlic and some previously cooked/frozen meatballs from Sam's. Mixed it altogether and put on the Oval with some mozz cheese (more manana when I warm it up for company). The other side has the two meat loaves with some Smoked Sausage fat dripping on it and some Buffalo Hot Dogs. Ok, the dogs and sausage are off, now I can crank up the heat and get these cooked Out of the pan to grill up just a tad with some bbq sauce across the top. Will serve with some mashed taters and green beans tonite.
