Beef Ribs coated with Remington's Garlic Spray and Wolfe Rub Bold. Boneless Country Style's have the Remington's and Mary's Cherry. Beef Ribs were cooked at 275° indirect over Costco Lump only, no extra wood. Foiled after 2½ hours and cooked for another 30 minutes. Removed from foil and sauced (wayyyy toooo much) and cooked for another 20 minutes. The Pork CS's were on for a total of about 1½ hours of which the first 1¼ hours was indirect. The last 15 minutes or so was direct to brown them up. Served with garlic parmesan taters and a sauteed veggie medley. Just a touch of a smoke ring from the lump. Very tasty too!!
