Bone-in Breasts are coated with evoo and Wolfe Bold Rub. Cooked on the Junior Oval at 350-400° on a raised grid for about 30 minutes. Served with white bbq sauce*, baked tater and broccoli. *½ cup Smart Balance Omega Plus© light mayonaise, scant ¼ cup apple cider vinegar, scant tsp lemon juice, ¼-½ tsp each salt and pepper, couple dashes of cayenne pepper or smoked paprika (I used the smoked paprika). Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Use as a dipping sauce or a finishing sauce over grilled chicken (pork and fish, too!) Adjust vinegar for your desired thickness.
