Man, you talk a good use for left over Brisket, other than bbq beef sammiches, this is it! Recipe is below the pic................. Chop, or shred, the Brisket Point and leave some of the fat on the meat. Brown slowly in a frying pan, stirring frequently and then discard melted fat. In a separate frying pan, make your own favorite "White Gravy" from milk and flour, from a package mix or from a jar, whatever. Now add the Brisket, a TBS of Worcestershire Sauce, some hot pepper sauce and some ground black pepper; stir well and taste for seasonings. Adjust if necessary. Serve over freshly baked buttermilk biscuits. The meat and gravy quantities above are left up to you. This is a keeper in our house ;D
