Ground up 3 lbs of fresh Beef Shoulder. Mixed in a couple eggs, some chopped onion & garlic, beef broth, Dale's Sauce, some Dizzy Pig Dust and a couple slices of stale French bread. Topped the Loaf with some catsup Got some taters coated w/evoo and Kosher Salt. Vegs are yellow squash, oranic green beans and shrooms. Threw in a little beef broth and some garlic. Nice smoke ring on the loaf! Tomato Salad rounded out the meal, along with a bottle of some kind of red grape juice.
