Found a bunch of Gold Beets the other day Trimmed and scrubbed, then foiled whole with some butter, garlic, SnP. Put on Junior indirect for an hour at 375-400°. I then peeled them, cut into slices with more butter and seasonings. They went on direct to give them a slight grill mark just as the Lemon Pepper Orange Roughy was almost done. Served with some stir-fried veggies. Yum
