I did a nice BIG Delmonico tonite with some stuffed shrooms, grilled broc and some left over Au Gratin taters Dell was rubbed with some Dale's Sauce and then my Steak Rub askabutcher.proboards42.com/index.cgi?board=rub&action=display&thread=1119908726, broccoli was coated with evoo, SnP and garlic, mushroom recipe below For the stuffing I fried up some Jimmy Dean maple sausage and mixed it with some Stove Top Mixed herb dressing, topped with shredded Taco Cheese.
