Had the in-laws and chillun/plus more chillun over for some grunts today. St. Louis Spares, Wingz, Bourbon Baked Beans and Red Tater Salad. Here we are early AM cleaning up from last night's storm (which was a pussy compared to todays!) Ok...got both Primo's getting rid of some white smoke Ribs have been on for about 1½ hours and now time to put on the wingz. Lunch/dinner (lupper) was planned for between 3 and 4 today so's I could beat the rains. Wings were coated with evoo/DP Raging River and KC BBQ and cooked indirect at 325-350°. Brought up to 450° for the last 30 minutes so's they got crispy Ribs were cooked at 250°-275° for 3 hours, foiled for 45 min and then a slather of my 'special' bourbon bbq sauce ALL HELL broke loose (weather) about 4 PM, so no pics of the groceries being devoured. However, in-laws went back for seconds!!!! I must say these were some of the best wings and ribs I've done. Beautiful smoke ring on the ribs and they melted in your mouth without falling off the bone
