NO, they are not "Meaty Baby Back Ribs". It's a Rib End Portion of Pork Loin that has been split in half horizontally (butterflied). The bone you see is the Blade Shoulder Bone and this hunk of meat has been separated from the Pork Shoulder "Butt" (notice the similarity of the bottom portion of the roast to your "Meaty Baby Back Ribs"? The piece of meat you have used to be cut into Bone-in Country Style Spareribs and excellent for the grill.
