Is London Broil OK? It's going to be on sale at Sweetbay tomorrow.Rick, London Broil (Top Round) is fine. So is Sirloin Tip, Eye Round, Bottom Round and Beef Shoulder. All are leaner than the regular Chuck Stew meat.
