Great with a steak!!! Grilled Romaine LettuceSplit a head of Romaine down the middle. Coat each 'cut' side with Italian dressing or evoo and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with some Parmesan cheese. Press in lightly with your hand. Cook on a medium hot grill cut side DOWN for about 1-1½ minutes. You don't want to wilt it, just give it a little sear.
