Made Turkey Balls y'day with 1¼ lbs ground turkey, 1 egg, carb free bread crumbs and a couple TBS of Penzey's Pizza Seasoning. Smoked for about an hour at 250° on Junior. Tilapia filets and shrimp, both dusted with Penzey's 4/S salt (tumeric makes the yellow color) Served with Barilla Plus© Penne Pasta and homemade red sauce. NO veggies for a change ;D
