I'll give these 'pickles' about 10 days and then give them a try 😋 Cukes, carrots, radishes and garlic packed in BoarsHead garlic pickle brine.  Amounts can be varied: 6-10 baby carrots split, 2-3 large radishes sliced, ½ - 3/4 cucumber sliced, 3 garlic cloves smashed. I blanched the carrots for 3 minutes, then layered everything in a jar of Boars Head Garlic Dill Pickle Juice. Refrigerate and shake lightly every other day or so. Give them a test in 7-10 days
