I'll up date it as I go along.........  Ready for 24 hours at 150° in the Sous Vide Demi Supreme

sorry for the lack of pics, but one thing led to another and...oh well  SV ribs on the left BEFORE I added some extra smoked paprika and put under the broiler for a few minutes to give them some color  Sliced and COLD ribs the day after. SV ribs being the top two.  Got some rave reviews on the SV ribs. Given the time (24 hrs) this will be my go-to Baby Back Rib recipe of the future, maybe altering a couple of the rub ingredients from time to time
