Most times I just squeeze fresh lemon juice on my fish, but every now and then I like a little change of pace. Tartar Sauce 1 cup Duke's mayonnaise 2-3 teaspoons sweet pickle relish 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice Optional: pinch of dried or fresh dill Mix together before hand, refrigerate and enjoy
