Cocktail Sauce 2 cups Hellman's Ketchup 2 teaspoons of our homemade Worcestershire Sauce 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice 2 teaspoons homemade horseradish (see below) Mix all together and refrigerate ***************************** Horseradish 2 c. fresh horseradish root (brown outer skin removed & cut into small chunks)* 1/3 c. water 4 Tbsp. white wine vinegar 1 tsp. sea salt Add horseradish and water to food processor * Pulse until well minced. Transfer the horseradish to a medium size bowl and add the white wine vinegar and sea salt. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks. * Caution: do not touch eyes, crotch or breathe in the fumes while cutting and processing the horseradish
