Spooky Pumpkin, Cranberry, and Pecan Brie En CroûteCut a wheel of Brie (I used a 14oz wheel) in half using a length of string and stuff with dried cranberries and chopped pecans Roll out a sheet of puff pastry and slather it with pumpkin butter before placing the stuffed brie on top. Fold the pastry over the brie and "glue" in place with egg wash. Place seam side down on parchment paper before adding spooky decoration with pastry scraps Bake at 400ºF for 20-25 minutes, let rest for 5 and enjoy. Serve with crackers and thin slices of apple
