A traditional French Cherry Clafouti just out of the oven loosely based on this recipe. I added a bit more flour along with Amaretto, Kirschwasser, and 4 oz of cream cheese. Dust with confectioner sugar when cooled I plated this with a dollop of crème fraîche but feel free to use whipped cream or ice cream. While considered a dessert, many French folks eat this for breakfast so that's what I did. I could get used to this.
