A nice 1.5 lb rack of lamb studded with garlic cloves, lemon juice, Kosher salt, black pepper, rosemary and garlic powder Baked at 350° for 30 minutes and 400° for 15 minutes (I think my oven needs calibrating) Served with parslied potatoes, aromatic tomatoes with mozzarella cheese and green beans.
