Recipe from "The Healthy Slow Cooker Cookbook" (sic) I did add a small pork neck bone for flavor and doubled up on the garlic. Next time I may add some tomato paste just to thicken it up just a tad. Served over linguine with meatballs and Italian sausage Also had a Caprese salad This is a KEEPER recipe
