Loosely based on THIS RECIPE, omitting the red & green peppers and adding mushrooms, four cloves of smashed garlic and a smidgen of red wine ½ cup dry red wine, ½ cup chicken broth, 28 oz can whole plum tomatoes w/juice (break up with your fingers), small onion sliced, sliced mushrooms, 4 garlic cloves (smashed), salt, pepper, Mrs. Dash Italian and six skinless chicken thighs. In a crock pot add and mix the first eight ingredients, add the chicken, cook on slow for six hours. Served with brown rice and steamed broccoli
