Thank you, Debby (sounds delicious  ) 1 1⁄2 teaspoons onion powder 1 1⁄2 teaspoons marjoram 1 1⁄2 teaspoons garlic powder 1 teaspoon celery seed 1⁄4 teaspoon ginger powder 1 1⁄2 teaspoons caraway seeds 2 teaspoons ground coriander 1⁄2 teaspoon smoked paprika 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon mustard powder 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg 3 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon black pepper Makes enough for 3 pounds of meat or use 4 teaspoons per pound. I also add 1/6 cup of beer and 1 tablespoon chopped parsley per pound and let it sit overnight.
