Peri Peri Chicken Wings Loosely based on this recipe Ingredients: 3-4 large cloves garlic, minced (more is better) 3 tsp honey 3 TBS low sodium soy sauce 3 TBS Heinz Chili Sauce 1 tsp ground ginger 1½ tsp, + or -, Slap Ya Mama seasoning 1 TBS Cajun Power Garlic Sauce 3 lbs chicken wings, approximately Mix the first seven ingredients in a small mixing bowl (you may need to nuke the honey at half power to get it runny). Cut the tips off the wings and separate wings at the joint, making wings and drummets (if using whole wings). Toss the wings into a one gallon ziplock bag, followed by the marinade. Mix well and marinate in the fridge for 4-24 hours to let the flavors meld. Place the wings on a cookie sheet that has been covered with aluminum foil. I also used a rack to insure cooking on both sides without turning them over. Cook in a 350° oven for about 50-70 minutes, depending on the size, until done. OR, you can skip the baking and just grill the wings indirect for about the same amount of time. Place wings on a hot grill for 1-2 minutes per side to get the grill marks. Enjoy! Oh hell, lets do that again
