I said I was going to (KISS) Keep It Simple Stupid and I did. Salt, pepper, garlic and paprika. Basted with 50/50 beer and vinegar every 30 minutes till done. Wife said the best ribs I've ever done. I say 2nd best  Cooked at 250° for 3 hours, then up to 275° for 1 hour, then 325° for approx 20-30 minutes.

KISS Ribs on the right, smoked kielbasa and ribs with Costco Rib Rub and bourbon/honey bbq sauce  potato salad and bbq beans rounded out the feast

Kiss ribs are right up my alley1 They look fantastic and probably taste even better.

Same spices.......different mop    Three hours in at 235  A plate of rib tips, chunks, etc  The "RIBS" (nice smoke ring)  with corn casserole and broccoli salad  Lemon pound cake with blueberry jam
