I said I was going to (KISS) Keep It Simple Stupid and I did. Salt, pepper, garlic and paprika. Basted with 50/50 beer and vinegar every 30 minutes till done. Wife said the best ribs I've ever done. I say 2nd best
Cooked at 250° for 3 hours, then up to 275° for 1 hour, then 325° for approx 20-30 minutes.
