I SV'd some burgers and a Flat Iron steak today to 130° (3 hours), cooled them down, just to have on hand for a quick trip to the grill in the next couple of days Btw, 8oz each on the burgers
They look raw don't they??!!
The meat was seasoned after the SV and just before the grill with ONLY salt and pepper
