I had about a 2 lb Pork Cushion Roast (fatty part of the Picnic) that had been seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic. I'd forgotten to thaw it out, but I put it in the SV at 165° for 10 hours. Kinda blah looking To the grill for some color Served with sweet potato and green beans. Meat was fork tender
