Good day! I bought some outside skirt steak from a supply house that was not prepped. I got off as much of the membrane and fat as I could, but there is still a lot left over. Is there a good way to remove the fat without taking off meat? A tool maybe?

Thank you. Best I can suggest is a sharp knife in one hand and a paper towel in the other. Once you get most of it off the fire from the grill will take care of the rest of it.
